Water station users – Clarification re: Transaction notification emails
We would like to remind water station users that the email you receive after you take water is a receipt for water taken only. The `previous balance` and `balance remaining` at the bottom of that email are not updated at this time. We are working with the software company to integrate our accounting records (payments, etc.) with the totals that show up on these emails. The volume and $ amount should be checked each time for accuracy. A reminder that we send invoices on a quarterly basis, which include charges for water taken for the three-month period. You are welcome to make payments throughout the quarter, but are not obligated to until an invoice is issued from the office.
