SPSA Fire Ban in Effect October 3, 2021

Please see note from the Fire Chief. If you have any questions, please contact our office at 306-256-3281.

“Good morning. The SPSA implemented a fire ban for open fires for all provincial crown land which includes all provincial parks for the area which includes our areas. At present I do not believe we need to implement a fire ban for our area. There have been many controlled burns called in and I have either viewed the area or talked to the person. All involved are monitoring the area, using proper procedures to watch the fire.”
