Water Rates

The R.M. of Hoodoo has two water stations where water can be picked up. Our Cudworth Site is located 3/4 mile east of town on the 777. The Wakaw location is 1/4 west on Highway 312.

If you currently do not have a water number (Ag tanks only) or a water FOB (potable water tanks), and would like one, please contact our office.

***Note, Non-Ratepayers are charged a deposit of either

$500 – Residential Use Only

or

$1000 – For agricultural / Commercial Use.

Since Saskwater has increased their rates, the R.M. of Hoodoo has increased rates effective July 1st, 2020.

Ratepayer rate: $6.31 per cubic metre, or $28.69 per 1,000 gallons.

Non-Ratepayer Rate: $7.68 per cubic metre, or $34.91 per 1000 gallons

As of July 1st, 2018 there will be a minimum charge of $45.00 per quarterly billing period. The minimum will only apply if the water is taken in a particular quarter.

Please note: there is interest charged on accounts past due by 30 days, of 1%
