Deck Application Checklist

When applying to build a new deck, please submit the attached checklist with a Development Permit application to the RM office. If you are building a covered deck and/or if the deck is 2ft above grade, a Building Permit is also required. Please check your district in the Zoning Bylaw for other application regulations (height requirements, setbacks, etc.)
